Google Adwords- PPC Campaign Implementation, analyse trends in reader behaviour; leverage results to inform the marketing strategy and execution  4. Monitor the campaign Goal and ROI, Analyse and optimize the campaign performance using through through rate, conversion, spend, landing pages and creative to identify growth/optimization opportunities.   5. Strategize and execute guerilla marketing ideas to drive the overall brand loyalty/engagement   6. Responsible for the continued success and growth of the email/CRM channel;   7. Monitor digital marketing techniques and strategies used by other startups & eCommerce brands; poach best-practices and creative tactics  Requirements :   - Graduate/ post graduate with at 1-3 years of experience with SEM /PPC, Native Advertising, Social / Facebook and Programmatic Display Advertising  - Candidate should have excellent knowledge of online advertising channels, standard industry metrics, channel best practices and lead generation business models   - A highly results oriented, articulate, decisive, self-starter who energizes people around him/her   - Strong analytical skills and experience with business modeling   - Solid understanding of paid search platforms interface, algorithm, campaign management, campaign optimization and strategies.   - Must be an effective manager with ability to manage multiple projects and meeting tight deadlines under pressure.   - Excellent computer skills in MS Office (Word/Excel/Power Point).   - Excellent verbal, written and presentations skills   - Strong data analysis skill, able to decipher complex data and numbers to draw inferences, trends and insights.  Salary Range: 8 - 10 LPA
