Senior Manager - Operations  Job description :  Responsibility :  - Ensure OTIF (On Time & In Full), order processing of all Dispatch advices to customers from vendors.  - Develop Strategy for distribution.  - Ensuring all metrics are met.  - Plan in tandem with various marketing schemes.  - Day to day running of Central Return Processing Centre  - Liquidation.  - Physical and system updations & resolving related issues.  - Timely dispatch.  - Follow up for delivery.  - Responsible for Internal stock audits, reconciliation.  - Responsible for statutory stock audits, reconciliation.  - Monitor KPIs & control 3PL / Carrier services, at agreed costs, timelines and quality.  - Respond to vendor portal & SCM related queries.  - Weekly performance reviews with couriers  - Implemented process on Track and Trace (based on Tracking API)  - Follow-up on shipments stuck at origin or line-haul  - Follow-up on shipments which have missing scans beyond a threshold  - Follow-up on shipments which are not attempted after reaching   - Order verification process (COD orders)  - Profiling of orders based on the ticket size, history of the customer, quantity ordered etc.  - Objective decision making based on the identified risk for an order  - Detecting bulk orders  - Co-ordination with sellers and couriers for closure on Return shipments  - TrustPay policy enforcement  - Customer complaints related to   - Delayed delivery, wrong delivery etc.  - NDR Process  - Alternate instructions on Undelivered shipments  - Use of alternate channels like Email, IVRS to augment Manual calling  - Process improvement and automation  Interface with Technology (System integration) :   - Requirements for Volume allocation engine  - Allocate incoming volume among couriers based on configurable rules  - Tracking API integration with the couriers  - Real time visibility of statuses  - Implementation of Pre-ship API to share booking data, check service-ability and fetch AWB on real-time basis  - Co-ordination with Couriers and Tech team on requirements and architecture  - Monthly Score Card of transporter.  Required :  - At least 7 ~ 9 years working experience in Retail Operations and 3 / 4 years in E-Commerce setup.  - Must be B.tech from IIT and an MBA from Premier Institute ( IIM, ISB, XLRI).
