Our users were on average creating 60 pageviews a month across platforms, our app conversion rates to GMV reached 8%, with 75%-80 of our GMV coming from organic traffic.   Job Description  The Online Marketing Manager will be responsible for owning key channels of retention marketing for desktop, mobile web and mobile app. This role will involve taking care of email and notification channels of communication and use analytical tools to optimize the same. Candidate should have highly analytical approach towards decision making.   Skills:   - Highly Number Driven: Candidate must be extremely comfortable with numbers  - Team Management Skills: Managing operations team; working closely with creative, product teams.  - Analytics: Use of analytical tools like Google Analytics, MySQL etc.   - Past experience of working with an ESP (Email Sending Platform) would be an advantage  - Should be able to adapt in a fast-paced, growth focused, start-up environment  Responsibilities  - Plan daily/weekly email and notification campaigns  - Monitor key retention metrices for the business on a daily basis  - Use analytical tools to optimize all campaigns  - Analyze performance of the campaigns looking into clicks and conversion data  - Creative optimization - Look into daily performance metrices of creatives and provide relevant feedback  - Work closely with the creative team in preparing weekly/monthly plans  - Solely responsible for managing operations team for daily campaigns  - Closely monitor and study innovations in for emails and notifications  - Continuously test and improvise all marketing communications being sent out to users/customers.
