A social-commerce platform targeted at the intelligent woman of today, it has an incredible width of carefully selected retailers, enabling customers to discover the best of lifestyle products across categories like apparel, accessories.   Responsibilities:   - Your goal is to establish LimeRoad as the top of mind brand for women in the lifestyle space, and grow engaged users 6-10x  For this, you will do everything it takes:  - Understand customer segments  - Nail a LimeRoad point-of-view  - Nail a communications anchor  - Find the best agency partners to work with  - Identify the right metrics, the right mix of channels - both online & offline, creative strategy & execution   - Execute campaigns seamlessly with clear ownership   - Test and learn continuously, with daily monitoring, learning and continuously improving both campaigns and their outcomes  - Ensure that the business hits its growth goals  What we are looking for :   - Attitude. You want to win and will move mountains to do that.  - Hunger. You test and learn incessantly. You have tried a bunch of new things in each role you have been in before.  - Execution. You like nothing more than to see stuff executed. Stuff delivered. Stuff on the road. Not in powerpoint. Not merely brilliant ideas.  - Objectivity. You want to see impact and see it objectively. So you will find a way to measure with data.  - You would have demonstrated the above before, and we would love to hear the experiences.  - You would have helped build consumer facing brands over at least the last 10 years.  Education: Engineering from premier institute + Top Tier MBA would be preferred  Experience: 12-15 years of experience with building brands
