This includes working with other members on the category management team to come up with innovative promotions and site features to improve customer experience.  - Responsible for Revenue Growth and need to work closely with all Vendors, once on board for regular growth   - Strong understanding of industry trends with the ability to translate them into innovative, relevant and fashion-forward designs.  Basic Qualifications:  - Post Graduate from Fashion School - NIFT and degree level  - Proficient in Computer - MS Office & expert on spread sheets  - Entrepreneurial in spirit: with a track record of successful negotiations and overall relationship management.  - Tenacity to develop ideas independently and thrive in a fast-paced start-up environment  - A team player with the ability to provide leadership, training and motivation to employees and peers.  - 3+ years of progressive women's lingerie buying experience with a retailer or aggregators or brands  Critical Competencies:  - Market Skills and Awareness  - have strong commercial experience and a demonstrable track record of success in a Category focused role  - have strong Vendor development experience in category or brand  - have the ability to build strong working relationships with a wide range of internal stakeholders  - be conversant with market and trading data
