Job Role: Work with CEO- s/Head of planning functions and corresponding teams of LMG business units through Head of Analytics to define &amp; develop demand planning and supply chain analytical solutions for improving decision making across all business units of Landmark Group (LMG) - Lead 4-6 members team working on time-series forecasting models to predict future demand and roll out recommendations to maintain optimal inventory days and minimal stock-outs - Complete knowledge on supply chain processes to recommend and influence inventory flow in order to align with changing customer demand patterns - Collaborate with concept planning teams for seamless algorithm adoption and incorporate all customization as per need - Manage end to end delivery with project teams and ensure quality, timeliness, and accuracy of the output - Provide high-end consulting &amp; advisory to functional teams to help them sharpen their business strategy around different product types - Keep abreast of industry trends and emerging methodologies to continuously improve skillet - Contribute to knowledge sharing and improve team productivity through training/documentation of best practices and coaching of junior team members - Track overall/team achievements and evaluate impact being created for all business units - Build engaging partnerships with business units to drive analytics adoption and identify gaps for enhancement/new solutions Desired Skills and Experience: - Master's degree in any quantitative/technical discipline or MBA or work experience that demonstrates comparable abilities - 3-4 years- experience in a technical role executing complex solutions in inventory management - Strong business acumen and ability to translate data insights into meaningful business recommendations - Strong drive and passion to work in a start-up environment and deliver business impact - Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate effectively to achieve desired result - Ability to take independent initiative as well as lead, motivate, and work with teams to produce results - 4-6 years hands-on coding experience in SAS/R/Python - Working knowledge in analytical techniques related to time-series forecasting - Proven experience in delivering analytical solutions within mid to large size project teams, and working in on-shore &amp; off-shore environment - Open to Travel (up to 20%) on need basis
