This position is responsible for planning, developing the business of Liabilities Products & Term Deposits and acting as liquidity manager for Consumer bank.
- The role requires developing a profitable deposit book across resident and NR customers.
- The role also requires developing the right charge structure for liability products and recovering the fees chargeable.
Key Responsibilities:
- Grow Deposit book in accordance with the bank’s strategy
- Create a platform to onboard customers using TD as hook and grow them into other product holdings.
- Competition Benchmarking
- Develop and manage Liability cross sell programs
- Drive higher revenues by leveraging the behavioral tenor of the customer and getting the deposits priced on behavioral rather than contractual tenor
- Manage the MRD book so as to remain within the LMC approved limits at all time.
- Develop a wholistic pricing model which takes into account the overall relationship of a customer.
- Benchmark and design our charge structures in line with market
- Deliver the NFI budgets for the year
