Maximize subscription renewals and product sales by increasing market penetration, visibility and by strengthening relationships amongst designated accounts.  - Senior Account Managers understand technology, customer needs, and can work with the relationship owners, being the BDM, Relationship Manager, to translate that know-how into a winning business proposal for a particular region.  Duties and Responsibilities :  Core Accountabilities : Revenue generation   Outputs and Agreed Method of Measurement :  - Target v/s Actual Achievement.  - Driving new POS for designated product line by targeting major customer segments like corporates, law firms, Academics and Government.  - Driving specific online growth projects in their designated territories.  - No. of new Online contracts signed  - Meeting C-level executives like General Counsel, VP - Legal, Director - Legal, Sr. Partner/Partner of Law Firms etc. for new customer closures  - Pure play new customer acquisition/business development role   Challenges and Decision Making Authority :  - Have the tenacity to push for growth objectives in tough business conditions.  - Identifying deficiency in business processes and being able to use logic to use LN products and solutions to improve workflow.  - Developing constructive internal working relationships with the other regional sales teams and other verticals.  - Multitasking - being able to manage multiple opportunities and tasks at any given time.  - Adaptability - being able to articulate the LN value proposition in different environments.  Autonomy : N.A  Qualifications/Experience/Knowledge :  Education : Graduate, with or without MBA  Experience : Minimum 5 years corporate sales, concept sales, hardcore hunting/BD experience  - Maximum experience of 8-9 years corporate sales   Skills :  - Excellent communication skills.  - A presentable personality.  - Good sales skills  Knowledge :   - Knowledge of all core sales processes.  Interactions and Organizational Relationships :  Within :  - Customer Service  - International product teams  Outside :  - Customers  - Key corporates  - Major law firms and LPOs  - Academic Institution  - Senior counsels/Partners/Senior Partners  - C-level/Senior executives  - All major government customers.  Purpose :  - Relationship development.  - Prospecting.  - Concept Sales  - Proposal presentation.  - Product demonstration.  - Negotiation & Closures
