Position: Finance Manager

Experience : 2 - 5 years of experience working in a Finance Role in a reputed Corporate

Reporting to: Director

Position type: Full Time/ Permanent

Qualification: CA and CPA Certification, CS is preferred

The role involves managing the current Finance team at the company. It is a broad role which would involve learning and development of the candidate as well as a managerial role. The ideal candidate is a finance professional who is fundamentally sound and is motivated to take on a larger role.

Key Responsibilities:

Tax:

- India: TDS, Corporate Tax, Personal Income Tax

- US: Withholding Tax, IRS State filings

- Audit: Both India and US audit familiarity

- Accounting: India AS and US GAAP

- Good understanding of all line items in the balance sheet

- Good understanding of credit management

- Financial Planning: Forecasting, Modeling, MIS Reporting

- Managing Compliance: US and India

- Handling Regulatory issues, specifically SEZ related issues

Payroll Compliance:

- ESI, EPF

- Payroll taxes and Unemployment taxes

- Relationship Management: Both in India and US

- Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable

Banks:

- Auditors (Internal and External)

- Internal Human Resources

- Investors
