It is a broad role which would involve learning and development of the candidate as well as a managerial role. The ideal candidate is a finance professional who is fundamentally sound and is motivated to take on a larger role  Key responsibilities:  - Audit: Managing both India, US audit and facilitating spontaneous, timely & correct flow of data  - Accounting Review: India AS and US GAAP  - Financial Planning: Forecasting, Modeling, and MIS Reporting  - Receivables Management: Factoring and Bad Debts collection  - Payables Management: Understanding of cash flow and payments management  - MIS Reporting: Invoicing and communications with the Sales lead.  - Facilitate Intercompany transactions and RBI compliances  - Drafting and implementation of SOP's as necessary  - Monthly budgeting and review analysis vis-a-vis actual performance  - Managing and review of compliances: US and India (ESI, EPF, Payroll taxes and Unemployment taxes)  - Handling Regulatory issues, specifically SEZ related issues  - India: TDS, Corporate Tax, Personal Income Tax  - US: Withholding Tax, IRS State filings  Key Skills:  - Candidate should be first attempt CA, preferably from Big 4  - Facilitate relationship management: Both in India and US (Auditors, bankers, investors)  - Good understanding of all line items in the balance sheet and P/L  - Good understanding of credit management techniques  - Experience in transitioning (preferred)  - Strong analytical capabilities  - Good excel skills  - Attention to detail and proactive in approach  - Should have experience of cloud-based accounting software
