Description

The Marketing manager will be required to fulfill the following responsibilities:

1. Set up sales management team and functions in an assigned region.

2. Manage regional sales area to maximize sales revenues and meet company objectives.

3. Collaborate with management in establishing and recommending the most realistic sales goals for the company.

4. Establish and manage effective programs to compensate, coach, appraise and train sales personnel.

5. Coordinates proper company resources to ensure efficient and stable sales results.

6. Manage client relationship through all phases of the sales cycle in the region.

7. Develop and recommend product positioning and pricing strategy to produce the highest possible long-term profit and market share.

The candidate must be from a reputed MBA School with a specialization in Marketing.
