Scope of Responsibilities:
- Set measurable objectives around customer lifetime value (CLV), engagement, sales, and other marketing KPIs
- Using robust customer segmentation and industry best practices, develop strategies that leverage marketing automation, CRM, and personalization technologies to achieve these objectives
- Draw up project plans, develop business cases, present investment and strategic decisions to VP-level management
- Manage and provide brand, UX, strategy direction to vendors in running email campaigns covering product campaigns, onboarding, research needs
- Liaise with key stakeholders (IT, Brand, Regional Marketing, vendors, Lenovo corporate teams) in furthering our marketing objectives. Be seen as the go-to person for all things CRM.
- Strong leadership capabilities, as this role may be expanded in the future to own a team of 3-5 individual contributors
Preferred Qualifications:
10-15 years in marketing-oriented roles, particularly data-driven campaign management, loyalty marketing, BTL marketing via email, SMS, direct mail, and online/social channels
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Media, Communications or similar.
MBA or MS degree in marketing or a business discipline preferred
Excellent communication, with stellar written, verbal and presentation skills
