Customers can apply for a loan using the web or mobile applications at their convenience and receive their sanctioned loans in as less as 1-3 days anywhere in the country.   Reporting Line:- Head of Marketing  Location:- Bangalore  Role Description  As Sr Director - Search & Display you will focus on delivering a world-class customer experience and drive demand generation via paid search & display advertising, as we rapidly expand and grow our selection of borrowers/vendors from around India. The person who joins us in this position must share our passion and commitment for serving our customers.  - Lead a team of marketing managers & executives to drive paid search & display marketing channels  - Drive search as a channel via Adwords & Bing. Create & drive processes to expand/tighten keyword list, and scale campaigns whilst optimizing cost of acquisition.  - Drive demand through contextual, placement & other targeting options to scale campaigns  - Drive continuous optimization of campaigns via A/B testing of ad copy, creative, landing pages etc  - Key KRAs include leads, applications & disbursals for paid search & display campaigns  - Liaise with other executive heads on the implementation of the company's strategic and operational plans   - Work with other channel directors to drive synergy in marketing  Requirements/Qualifications   - Minimum 8 years- experience, with 2+ years of experience in digital marketing  - MBA/Engineering from Tier-1 Institutions  - Proven hands-on expertise in running & scaling search & display channels  - Presently working in a similar capacity with Internet/Banking/ Insurance/FMCG/Ecommerce industries   - Experience in large and cutting edge internet firms is a big plus  - Strong communication & presentation skills   - Experience of starting or working in a startup is a plus
