Says Marc Andreesen. “Software will eat banking too”  Lendingkart uses analytics and online data to determine whether it wants to lend to businesses or not. So instead of filling paper forms and making multiple trips to the bank, the businessman just logs in, provides access to his online footprint and we use our proprietary self-learning algo for credit-scoring and to decide instantaneously whether we want to lend to.   There is enough data footprint online to determine the intent to pay back a loan, quality of the product/service, health of business, ability to compete etc.  We are a team of ISB, IIM grads determined to automate the entire banking decision process. We have already started lending to people based on rule-based system that we have developed. And we are looking for a Technical Architect to further develop this technological platform.  Principal Engineer / Chief Architect / Technical Leadership:  - We are looking for Senior Architect for our FinTech Startup in Ahmedabad.   - Should be a hands-on coder, a technologist with solid Product Engineering/ Architecture, Design & Development experience   - Should have an in-depth experience in Data structures, Algorithms and Problem Solving   Educational Qualification:   - B.E. / B.Tech / M.Tech - Computer Science ( IIT / REC Preferred)   - Degree in Computer Science/equivalent with commercial software development experience and expert in system programming and object oriented design.   Experience:   - Typically 7 to 12+ years of technology experience (Complete hands-on experience in Coding, Algorithms and Architecture)   Technologies:  - Prior experience of working in a web framework based in any of .NET, Java, PHP  - Prior experience of working in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript  - Experience of working with MS-SQL, knowledge of NoSQL databases (MongoDB, Redis, etc.) would be a plus  - Familiarity with NoSQL technologies (Cassandra/Redis/mongodb/hbase).  Other requirements:  - Knowledge of Data Structures and searching/sorting/parsing algorithms.  - Knowledge in PHP, Apache, Android, iOS stack would be a bonus.  - Familiarity with various APIs and integrating them with applications.  - Must be good with the regular expressions.  - Design programs with the ability to extract information from PDFs, Word documents to do text mining.  - Should be able to write data analysis algorithms to glean insight from the data  - Experience working in enterprise software, financial software, ERP systems, or e-commerce solutions would be extremely beneficial  Responsibilities:  - Work closely with the promoters to understand business needs  - Choose the right technical architecture and programming languages  - Maintain proper documentation – requirements specifications, design details, code versions, test cases, results and user documents  - Present the technical details to internal and external stakeholders whenever required  - Create prototypes quickly to demonstrate the concept  - Economy in design and where possible, elegance   - Creative solutions that exceed/supersede direct requirements   - Proven experience with working in fast paced, small teams that follow flexible and adaptive methodologies.   - Independent and self-initiative in driving development and technical process improvement   - Promote good coding standards and design principles   - Effectively interface with customers and have a desire to delight customers   - Excellent communication skills, technical mentor, great team player, highly efficient and responsible   - A quick learner and creative problem solver and passion for solving tough problems   - Proven track record and experience working with a B2C solution   - Demonstrated ability to come up with new creative/innovative product ideas   - Should have excellent oral and written communication skills  Work Location: Ahmedabad / Bangalore   If you are interested kindly send across the profile in a word format  Also please do let us know your compensation details:  Current CTC:  Expected CTC:  Notice Period:
