ABOUT THE COMPANY :  - Our Client is a startup by a seasoned Corporate & Project Finance professional having 30+ years of experience in the financial services industry.  - He is currently an Advisory CFO at a leading Energy company and is setting up a platform to bring efficiency in the Manufacturing industry in India  (More details available after shortlisting)  ABOUT THE PROFILE :  Ideally suited for someone having worked in Legal and/or Tax teams of Big4 or other Top-Tier Advisory firms.  Responsibilities :  - Reviewing agreements, vendor contracts and drafting legal documents  - Screening regulatory requirements, looking at compliance practices and reviewing the changes in policies regularly  - Suggesting the best practices in Taxation based on regular changes in policies and those that apply to our client  - Formulating policies and processes for both internal and external diligence of companies listing on the platform  Desired Traits:  - Experience in Law and Tax  - Background as a CA, CS, Lawyer or related degrees  - Ability to multi-task and work at a startup  - Working with senior professionals in lean teams
