Title: Legal Specialist  Location: Bangalore  Qualification: LLB/LLM & Also Fluent in Reading/Writing & Speaking French (Compulsory)  Role:  - To undertake negotiation and execution of Traded Market Documents such as ISDA Master Agreement, CSA, FX Netting Agreement, AFMA & IFEMA, Amendments and FX Give Up Notices. This involves identification of appropriate template, drafting of the agreement based on the request form keeping in mind the home jurisdiction of the counterparty and prevailing laws for APAC regions for CMB clients.   - Prepare draft documents, cover letters, emails, other form of correspondences, execution document version, and any other documents requested by the members of the team  - Required to display Leadership and team work for efficient completion of work.   - The individual will be responsible for the updating all internal database in a timely manner
