Legal (Real Estate)

- Min 7-8 years of experience in legal stream within Real estate domain. Understanding of various financial instruments being floated by real estate firms across debt/equity/mezz segment.

- Hands on experience in vetting of debenture trust deed, deed of hypothecation, information memorandum, debenture subscription agreement, etc.

- Should have handled minimum 10 investment transactions in real estate domain and clearly demonstrated his/her lead experience in execution of the same.

- Desirable to have experience in AIF/Venture Fund with hands on experience in drafting/vetting of PPM/Contribution agreement/trust deed.

- Candidate with offshore fund setup experience shall have added advantage.

- Good communication and drafting skill is must.

Qualification: LLB with good academic credentials.
