Min 7-8 years of experience in legal stream within Real estate domain,   Understanding of various financial instruments being floated by real estate firms across debt/equity/mezz segment.   Hands on experience in vetting of debenture trust deed, deed of hypothecation, information memorandum, debenture subscription agreement, etc.   Should have handled minimum 10 investment transactions in real estate domain and clearly demonstrated his/her lead experience in execution of the same.   Desirable to have experience in AIF/Venture Fund with hands on experience in drafting/vetting of PPM/Contribution agreement/trust deed.   Candidate with offshore fund setup experience shall have added advantage.  Good communication and drafting skill is must.  Qualification: LLB with good academic credentials.  Candidates from Mumbai only need to apply.
