Profile - Legal Manager – Retail Legal Group

Location: Ludhiana, Kolkata, Chennai & Mumbai

Qualification : LLB. ( Full time )

Experience: 2 to 8 yrs in litigation - If from National Law School or leading institutes / university we can look at less experience. Preference if the experience is in Banks or NBFCs

Brief Job profile :

- Litigation for retail loan recovery and defending the cases arises due to recovery action taken by Bank against the defaulting borrower.

-Knowledge of various recovery tools like – DRT, Civil Suit, SARFAESI & 138 NI Act, Lok Adalat & Conciliation.

- Well versed with Consumer Protection Act.
