Legal Manager - Litigation & Non Litigation - FMCG

Job Description :

1) Looking after pending litigation relating to IPR, disparagement, recovery, consumer forum matters and other civil and criminal matters.

2) Attending hearings, co-ordinating with Advocates for preparation of replies/appeals/hearing etc.

3) Attending the consumer complaints and giving reply, wherever required.

4) Preparation of MIS on Monthly basis and discussion with Seniors for chalking out the action plan for future

5) Vetting of agreements

6) Drafting of legal correspondences like reply to legal notices
