Legal Manager - IT

Our client is one of the leading providers of Communication and technology solutions, looking for a Legal Manager to be based in Chennai.

Key responsibilities would be Litigation & Contract Management.

Looking for BL graduates with experience from Captives / IT organisations.

Candidates must have 8 - 12 years of experience with strong leadership and managerial skills.

Should demonstrate knowledge of and experience with, laws dealing with government and / or commercial contract administration, particularly in contract negotiation, preparation and administration.

Demonstrate success in managing and conducting a variety of litigation matters.

Role is based in Chennai
