Its products are sold across India and is soon becoming a category leader.  Role specs :   - Drafting legal documents including notices, contracts and other documents.  - Review & vet contracts and give opinion on the same to the management; as required by the company from time to time.  - Advising the company on negotiations, arbitration, dispute resolution, recoveries and assisting litigation 138 matters, civil recovery.  - Ensuring recoveries of overdue debts through negotiations, recovery suits, issue of notices, 138 matters  - Co-ordinate with senior counsels, law firms for litigation assistance.  - Advise on trademark, patent and other intellectual property issues including filing and protection from infringement.  - Advise on customs, import and other laws as and when opinion is sought.   - Advise the Company on various issues including statutes, government regulations and contractual obligations Land laws matter.
