For one of our client, a Leading Manufacturing MNC, we are seeking a Legal Entity Controller

Position: Legal Entity Controller

Experience: 8 to 10yrs

Education: CA Qualified

Location: Daman

Company : MNC Chemical Company

Requirement: Following are the skills, knowledge and experience required

Responsibilities:

- Finalization of accounts of listed entity per Indian GAAP, Companies Act and Listing Agreement and get it audited from statutory auditors

- Monthly/Quarterly/Annual accounting, treasury and tax schedules

- Manage direct tax activities (advance tax, annual returns, tax audits, transfer pricing audits and scrutinies etc.)

- Guide the department on withholding tax matters

- Monthly balance sheet reconciliations

- Preparing result segmental, review of PBT position after segmental to ensure it complies with GTPP advising on arm's length appropriateness of ALL Intercompany transactions;

- lead the company in the matter of GST law implementation;

Industry/Company to target: Experience in accounting, financial reporting, taxation, transfer pricing and from a reputed Indian manufacturing MNC

Basic Experience :

- 8 to 10 years in a MNC in the finance department

- Experience in preparing financial statements for listed entity

- Experience in direct tax regulations

- Experience in Transfer Pricing

- Good SAP knowledge

- Detail oriented

- Good communication skill

- Team work

- Self discipline

- Quick Learner

Essential Competencies

- Sound Experience in Indian GAAP (public traded company), US GAAP & SOX,

- Sound knowledge of income tax laws

- Good knowledge of SAP is a MUST

- Very good English language skills

- Good people navigation skills

- Limited knowledge of VAT, excise duty & service tax
