About Our Client
Our client is one of the worlds leading Investment bank. They are looking at expanding their footprint in India and are looking to recruit experienced talent in their newly created Legal entity controllership team, handling end to end activities for all the Groups Legal Entities.

Job Description

Reporting into the Director and handling a team of qualified professionals, your be handling end to end responsibility for the financial affairs of the various legal entities in the group. This would typically include monthly reviews and commentary, statutory reporting, preparation of financial statements for their cluster. Other key day to day activities would include- FX management and ensuring tax compliance with regulators.

The scope would be across America, EMEA and Asian entities. You would also be actively involved in any business initiatives for process efficiency and maintaining quality consciousness in all aspects. In addition, you would need to ensure the maintenance of service levels across the process.

The Successful Applicant
You have 8 to 10 years of experience in the field of Legal Entity Controllership and are a qualified CA. You have detailed knowledge in IFRS and USGAAP reporting. You have had proven managerial experience and of managing considerable sized teams. You would be preferred if you have had an international exposure and must be articulate, with the ability to lead and motivate a large team.
