Requirements:  - 12-15 year experience with Tier 1 law firms or reputed financial services firms  - Worked on structured finance, securitisation, private placements, securities offerings and corporate governance related matters  - In-depth knowledge of legal and regulatory matters related to structured finance and security creation  - Ability to lead document negotiations with clients and investee companies  - Meticulous attention to detail and outstanding business judgment  - Highest level of professional and personal honesty, integrity and ethics  - Excellent written and oral communication skills and the ability to convey legal advice to a wide audience that may not be from a legal background  - Ability to build a strong working relationship with colleagues and clients  - Strong academic credentials  - Willingness to travel for work  - Role would be based in Mumbai  Responsibilities :  - Manage and coordinate timely and accurate the delivery of commercially focused legal advice for structured lending and quasi-equity transactions  - Drafting and vetting credit agreements, security agreements, inter-creditor agreements, security documents and other transaction documents  - Provide expert advice on regulatory issues, business initiatives and transactions  - Contribute to the continuous improvement in the operating practices and processes of the structured finance team
