Job Description :

- Advising business on structuring transactions

- Drafting and reviewing facility documents, security creation, SHA etc.

Profile :

You will come with :

- 6-10 years of PQE with a leading law firm or large conglomerates

- Strong understanding of ARC, BIFR, SARFAESI, AIF, DRT regulations

- Relevant experience is handling stressed assets/ dispute resolutions/ distress asset sales
