A leading MNC firm is looking for Legal Counsel & CS   Job Location : Mumbai  Key Responsibilities :  - Develop strong working relationships with the Businesses in India  - Provide commercially focused legal advice to the Leadership Team in India on key legal issues  - Provide day to day legal advice to the Businesses and new projects and ventures  - Develop strong working relationships with clients beyond active legal matters.  - Compliance with SEBI Act, rules and regulations, including listing agreements  - Ability to cooperate with and coordinate seamlessly with other members of the team to ensure consistency in secretarial matters  - Responsible for ensuring best practice corporate governance and upholding highest standards of ethics, integrity and compliance  - Advise, guide, support and assist senior management in all legal and compliance matters and in dealing with regulators and external stakeholders  Education :  - Bachelors Degree in law from a reputed institution and qualified to practice law in India  - Membership of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India is essential
