Urgently looking for Legal Analyst

2-5 years of experience

Location is Pune

- Assistance in review and negotiation of documents relating to the IBD/ECM business in Asia-Pacific. These documents primarily include non-disclosure/confidentiality agreements and engagement/mandate letters

- Assistance in review and negotiation of other standard-form documents relating to the IBD/ECM business in Asia-Pacific. In due course, these documents may relate to equities (placement agreements, forms of investor representation letters)

- Preferably leaast some exposure to IBD/ECM transactions and perhaps spent some time working in-house.
