Role : Learning Specialist (Business Technology)   Leading Business Consulting firm specialized in Business Analytics is Looking for Learning Specialist BT   - Learning Specialist Lead will help the Technology group manage high growth by being responsible for the professional growth and development of new associates plus support the on-going development of all the members of this group.   The position will report to the Global L&ED Leads and work closely with the business technology stakeholders and will have the following responsibilities :  - The Learning Specialist BT will be responsible for supporting the overall BT Learning Curriculum strategy and Learning Road-map  - This role will partner with the technology group across all offices, for their intensive   - Boot-camp program and Curriculum  - Lead the design, development timeline, and implementation plans of key curriculum areas. Establish customized measurement strategies on solutions  - This role will be responsible in making sure the boot-camp plan is working seamlessly and is partnering with different facilitators, delivery/technology leads and ensuring that project ready resources are being developed  - This role will identify, partner & plan for designing & developing courses/ sessions as required with external vendors  Job Requirements :   - Minimum Bachelor's degree (Masters Degree/MBA highly preferred)  - 6-8 years relevant work experience, multinational/global professional services   - Demonstrated ability to establish and manage large scale learning technology boot-camp programs   - Demonstrated ability to manage individuals and teams  - Experience in interfacing with international audiences and cross-office teams  - Good sense of humor appreciated!
