Roles :
1. Responsible for driving, leveraging and animating the deployment of key learning programs/initiatives across the assigned zones.
2. Responsible for building and deploying the programs accordingly to the global learning priorities and the zones specifications - creation, design, revamping, adaptation
3. Acts as a facilitator & an accelerator for the learning solutions international operations team and between all actors at each stage of the deployment.
4. Ensuring homogeneity and consistency in the content, best practices, quality and results for each program across the geographies: alignment with business needs, smart adaptation of global programs, sharing.
5. Incharge of the LS (international operations) communication and promotion campaign/action plans on programs for the given zones.
6. Selective learning evaluation and business impact studies to demonstrate behavioral and performance change as well as connection to business results.
7. Responsible for doing Programs roadmap per zone and stakeholders with implementation plan and results by partnering with key stakeholders to include stakeholder satisfaction
Desired Candidature :
Looking for female candidates having 7+ Years experience in managing Learning Strategies & development Programs for domestic & international zones.
- Experience in partnering with senior stakeholders and influencing decisions and outcomes.
- Experience in scoping, planning and implementing learning projects
- Candidates who are flexible to work in international locations(Zones) is preferred.
