We are looking for an experienced program manager to run a key learning and development program for world leading software MNC client. The candidate must have 8+ years of experience working for an MNC with strong background in running and managing learning, development and talent programs.   Location :The candidate will be based in Hyderabad with occasional travel to Bangalore and Mumbai. Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal) are key for this role.  Mandatory Skills  - Dedicated training/talent professional with minimum 8 years of experience managing learning and development programs, ideally in a MNC   - Strong program management and time management experience   - Good Experience of using Microsoft Office products, Outlook, Excel, Word, Powerpoint, etc   - Reports produced must use innovative tools (like Infographics or similar) for producing more dynamic reporting  Key Areas of Responsibilities  - Develop and run client's training programs. Set-up Knowledge Transfer Sessions with the various stakeholders in the client organization to understand:   - Client culture o Program's vision and tactical & long term strategy o Various streams of the program and their individual objectives and goals   - Current L&D offerings & tools, o Existing third party partnerships and preferred vendors o Feedback from previous years   - Work with L&D team to develop, own and manage the Program Roadmap/Plan. Effectively communicate with various stakeholders (HR, L&D Team, Business Stakeholders) to get the buy-in for the program plan that should, among other things, clearly include:   - Evolve the Program by collecting, analyzing and introducing improvements from Individual Attendee Feedback   - Individual development plans and progress against them are tracked - based on feedback, more relevant development options are made available   - Develop, own and track individual Development Plans for the attendees:   - Ensure development needs and plans are recorded and tracked o Facilitate development opportunities for each attendee   - Work with HR, L&D and Business to ensure 70:20:10 learning model is in place (this includes ensuring Mentoring, Coaching, Rotation, Cross-training and Shadowing options are available) o Setup regular meetings with the attendees and their managers to track progress against the development plan   - Record feedback and ensure development plan is current and relevant o Ensure the internal offerings catalogue is up-to-date and has a good mix of development options   - Manage and own external Partner and Vendor relationships to:   - Build relationships and manage external training and coaching partners and vendors o Provide support to partners and vendors in organizing training sessions and workshops in the client organization   - Ensure coaches & trainers are on-boarded and have a good understanding of the goals & objectives of the Program
