The role holder needs to perform many activities, associated with knowledge transfer, skill development, coaching etc. designed to improve skills, behavior or performance. Also includes related support activities associated with these training & development efforts. The role holder will have to assist the L & D head at the designing, implementing and measuring stage of all learning interventions. All these activities would require good amount of coordination with HRBPs, business teams, global team and external vendors.  Post graduate with specialization in HR is preferred. Bachelor degree with relevant experience may also do. Additional certifications in the area of HR/ L & D/ Talent Development will be an added advantage (for eg: MBTI, NLP, CPLP).   Overall work experience of 10+, with at least 4-5 years in the Learning & Development vertical.
