They are looking out for Lean Champion.  The right candidate should have over 11 years of relevant experience.  Below is a glimpse of the JD for this role:  New products:   - Identifies new requirements and needs  - Drives value stream analyses, end-to-end along the existing value chains  - Assesses possible new value chains or required changes to existing value chains  - Quantifies key indicators  - Drives implementation in tight collaboration with project managers and industrial engineers; may lead/own implementation as the project manager  Existing products:  - Identifies areas of improvement, under the lean principles, in India factory  - Prioritizes lean initiatives in India  - Assesses impact of lean initiatives in India
