Leadership Role - Testing - Banking/Investment Banking Domain - IT Firm

Position: Leadership Role in Testing (Leading MNC IT Company)

Role:

- This is a Leadership Role

- Accountable for testing delivery in Banking & Financial Services area (Investment Banking/ Banking/ Risk Management)

- Define & review test strategies and manage functional/ non-functional/ mobile and automation teams

- Provide leadership in client/business partner interactions in testing areas

- Provide Technical Leadership in Testing related areas

- Team Management

- Lead Testing Initiatives and support process improvements

Requirements:

- 17-22 yrs of experience

- Extensive experience in Testing, in the Banking & Investment Banking Domains across Functional, non-functional, integration, mobile and automation teams

- Leadership experience in managing a team of 100+ members

- Test Management and planning and Delivery management experience

- Understand testing requirements and drive development of application testing strategy

- Domain Knowledge of Investment banking, Banking, Risk management and others

- Knowledge on Test Management tools like HP Quality Center, MTM etc.

- Knowledge on Test Automation, Agile Methodology and Mobile Application Testing
