- Formulate and drive the Quality of Supply Strategy and Metrics for the Organisation
- Driving and growing the Commission based revenue through the Marketplace/Restaurants partnering with Swiggy.
- Strategizing and supporting the partner account acquisitions and helping in formulating Guidelines and processes on Seller acquisition and onboarding.
- Synergising with Business and Operations teams on key strategies for seller support and seller experience
- Incumbent would design operation strategies and build operational efficiencies in Catalog operations, Vendor management, Partner Experience and support,
- National account strategy, acquisition and management
- Brings in strong execution focus and customer responsiveness approach to Org.
- Should work cohesively with Technology and product teams to help technology enabled solutions.
- Use analytical skills to identify continuous improvement opportunities provide solutions and implement changes quickly.
