Leadership Role - Sourcing & Procurement - Captive Firm

Position : Leadership Role - Sourcing & Procurement (Leading MNC Captive Firm)

Role :

- Develop and manage the procurement department including setting targets and monitoring performance

- Dept is responsible for Vendor Management/ Vendor Governance/ Empanelment of new vendors/ Vendor Negotiation etc. in the areas of IT Infrastructure, Manpower and other service vendors, Product Vendors, Vendors for Procurement of Products and Services for New Facilities etc.

- The dept is responsible for managing relationships with the Firm's suppliers

- Develop a Procurement Strategy to deliver optimum sourcing and financial savings

- Developing policies for efficient sourcing of resources

- Establish new processes and systems for effective procurement

- Team Management

- Stakeholder Management

Requirements :

- 15-18 yrs of experience in Strategic Sourcing, ideally in an MNC Captive

- Capability to manage stakeholders across geographies

- Experience in managing teams
