Brief Job Description:

- Conduct application/ product demo's

- Concept selling and ensure all queries and concerns are addressed

- Analyze existing systems and performing technical Solutioning

- Collecting, understanding business requirement.

- Defining the project and scope.

- Effort estimation and costing.

- Drafting business requirement specification.

- Translating business requirement document to software requirement specifications.

- Interacting with the technical team to ensure that the requirements are clear.

Key Accountabilities:

- Client relationship management.

- Stakeholders management.

- Conducting research and basic analysis of the industry the customer is in.

- Work directly with the implementation team to ensure delivery and implementation of the software solution.

- Drafting business requirement specification.

Job Responsibilities:

- knowledge in robotics automation.

- knowledge of advanced technologies and legacy systems.

- good analytical skills and should be able to grasp existing systems and propose solutions accordingly.

- excellent communications skills and should have good exposure in client interaction.

- experience in demonstrating ideas to a large audience with good presentation skills.

- should be able to explain new ideas and have experience in concept selling.

- stakeholder management of multiple verticals and sharing timely updates with senior management.

- elicit requirements using interviews, document analysis, requirements workshops, surveys, site visits, business process descriptions, use cases, scenarios, business analysis, task and workflow analysis.

- critically evaluate information gathered from multiple sources, reconcile conflicts, decompose high-level information into details, abstract up from low-level information to a general understanding, and distinguish user requests from the underlying true needs.

- proactively communicate and collaborate with external and internal customers to analyze information needs and functional requirements and deliver the following artifacts as needed: (functional requirements (business requirements document), iii. use cases, gui, screen and interface designs)

- successfully engage in multiple initiatives simultaneously

- work independently with users to define concepts and under direction of project managers

- strong analytical and product management skills required, including a thorough understanding of how to interpret customer business needs and translate them into application and operational requirements.

- excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group, executives, managers, and subject matter experts.

- serves as the conduit between the customer community (internal and external customers) and the software development team through which requirements flow.

- develop requirements specifications according to standard templates, using natural language.

PERSON SPECIFICATIONS

ESSENTIAL DESIRABLE

Work Experience (Mention No. of years): 12 to 15 years in IT industry. With at least 2 to 3 years as Business Analyst and exposure to Automations.

- 12 years of experience in IT industry with around 4 years experience in business/systems analysis.

Knowledge/Qualifications/ Competency:

Graduate in IT

MBA in IT or Marketing

UML with Microsoft Visio or equivalent

Knowledge of Web technologies and SDLC

Robotic Process Automation IIBA Certification

ITIL Certification

PMP/PRINCE2 Certification

Capabilities:

- Self Initiator

- Strong analytical and problem solving skills.

- Excellent oral, written and client presentation skills

- Good documentation skills, conceptualization skills.
