About the Client - Our Client is a Leading Global Company

Qualification - Chartered Accountant / ICWA / CIMA

Domain - Pricing / Bid Management / Presales

Work Location - Chennai

Experience - 10 - 18 years (Overall)

Key Responsibilities:

- Plan and Co-ordinate the inputs from the teams in order to meet bid timelines and the customers formatting requirements.

- Escalates appropriately when issues are identified in timelines and planning

- Work independently on bids and support teams on larger sales opportunities.

- Providing day to day financial and commercial support for the bid team as required

- Identifying interfaces between bid team members and ensuring these are escalated for discussion.

- Take costs provided by the teams and turn them into pricing that can be presented to new and existing customers.

- Supporting the sales team on the development of value add propositions for clients e.g. graphs, graphics to demonstrate the value.

- Create excel models which allow for both the creation of the internal management data and external customer presentation.

- Create and review first draft of commercial and pricing documentation for review

- Review the financial elements of client and contractual documentation.

- Ensuring that bids are peer reviewed by others in the team in a timely manner to identify any errors.

- Highlight at an appropriate level of granularity key levers which could impact the financials.

Measures of Success:

- Relevant 5+ years of experience of either the IT industry and products and working in end to end pricing/bid or similar environments

- Experience of working with Sales teams and/or on New Logo Business

- Experience of creating bespoke pricing mechanisms e.g. fixed, variable, tiered, unit pricing

- Knowledge of the IT/Technology industry

- Experience of working in a large matrix organization

- Excellent interpersonal skills

- Highly proficient in MS Office Tools

- Strong oral and written communication skills

- Willing to travel as necessary in line with business needs including overseas
