Leadership Role - Finance & Accounts Shared Services - BFSI/IT

Position: Leadership Position-Finance & Accounts Shared Services (Leading MNC Co)

Role:

- Overall responsible for running finance and Accounts shared services. Responsibilities include:

- Planning, coordinating and transitioning the financial and accounting services from onshore offices to offshore

- Running the services with a defined quality control framework for outputs and activities

- Ensuring that all regulatory reporting and compliance obligations are met in a timely manner

- Ensuring that all financial activities are compliant with the statutory audit requirements

- On time service governance and reporting to all the internal and external stakeholders

- Change Management and Process Re-engineering

- Manage risk appropriately

- Managing costs within budget

Requirements:

- CA/ MBA

- 15-25 yrs of overall experience with at least 5 yrs of leadership experience in a finance & Accounting Shared Services setup

- He/ she must demonstrate strong experience in leading and managing multiple financial services including Accounts Payables, Accounts Receivables, Collections, and Treasury Operations etc.

- Demonstrated track record in leading transition, process improvement in order to enhance service levels, increasing capacities and addressing evolving needs of the business

- Must possess strong leadership capabilities and systems exposure with strong SAP exposure

- Must have exposure to global best practices, hence prior experience of implementing shared service center for Global Corporations/ Financial Services/ Banking captives will be preferred
