We have an opening for various levels (Sr Manager/ AVP/ DVP/VP) -Contact Center - Digital Medium with a Leading Bank.

Job Description:

- Experience of doing remote sales (assets and liabilities) using digital mediums such as voice, email, video, chat etc

- Experience of doing remote service using mediums such as voice, email, video, chat etc

- Remote Relationship Management head.

- Digital Channels sales strategy and execution

- Experience in product management/ innovation for digital sales

- Technology strategy experience to manage digital sales and service

- People Management experience in digital sales and service

Experience:

- Candidates having experience in to Assets and Liability, handling banking operations, customer services.

- Contact Center experience

- Candidates from Hyderabad / Bangalore or willing to relocate can only apply
