Our client is leading Fortune 100 Organisation, a Global Leader in Consumer Durable.   Description:   Job Summary:  - The primary responsibility of the Channel Marketing Leader is to provide leadership for the development and implementation of flawless marketing communications for the Organisation through Retail presence.  - Partner closely with the new store opening communications manager to ensure that all new Programs for Premium Resellers, Retailers are supported with a package of opening communications.  - Work closely with Partner Marcom teams to ensure best-in-class execution for launch communications.  - Work closely with agency partners, print, and fulfillment vendors to ensure that campaigns are delivered on time and at the highest quality to the relevant points of sale. This includes tight partnership with the procurement manager to oversee the performance of these vendors and further develop relationships ensuring that all partners understand and work closely to maintain the established quality standards.   - Coordinate the localization of Demand Generation campaigns for the Reseller and Retail channels. This will require you to communicate with the worldwide Channel Marketing Leader, your local agency, the channel team, and the cross-functional teams.  - Partner with the Resellers and local channel teams to understand the uptake of Demand Generation activities by conducting post campaign analysis and feed this information back to the worldwide teams.   - Coordinate audits with agency partners to assess the quality of channel marketing communications. Also, help conduct agency briefings and collate resulting analysis and information.   - Drive the localization of all campaigns and asset kits and ensure accessibility to country teams   - Partner with the campaign managers to ensure that localization tasks are completed by established deadlines  - Develop close partnerships with the WW Channel team to foster communications around new campaigns and program plans.  Education:  - MBA in Marketing from an institute of repute, preferably a full time program and atleast 7+ years in a marketing communications role.   Additional Requirements:  - Learn about the discipline of retail marketing and partner with the product launch communication manager to understand how to manage a complex campaign servicing multiple channels and countries.  - Visit stores to assess the effectiveness of communications and understand how competitors behave within the industry.  - Help coordinate Store Front Operations (SFO) to allow for the accurate recording, tracking, and management of all channel programs.   - Help coordinate the data migration process and maintenance of the system, working closely with both internal partners and relevant agency partners.   - Manage individual line items on the channel marketing budget.   - Work closely with the finance team to track budget spend and monitor the budget to flag any areas of concern.   - Manage the Purchase Order process according to policy.   Key Qualifications:  - The ideal candidate will have an impressive background in channel/retail marketing and will have experience marketing consumer electronics/luxury retail products at an international level with 8-10 years experience in the field.  - This position requires experience with print production and close collaboration with print houses. An understanding of print production methods and the production of volume campaigns for multiple markets is also required.  - This position requires a detail-oriented team player with exceptional organisational skills.   - The ideal candidate is self-motivated, flexible and process-driven but able to deal with rapid change in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.  We're looking for an exceptional project manager who possesses excellent communication skills.  - Brand and/or Ad Agency experience, especially in Brand Activation and demonstrates experience driving Retail (in-store) and customer experience campaigns  - Print production know-how / manage print houses  - Has managed accounts in FMCG/Consumer/Retail or related   - Eloquent and detailed oriented
