Position Summary :

- The HR Leader is responsible for providing a broad range of strategic and holistic HR solutions and support to help business achieve its objectives and develop required organizational capability.

- In this role the HR Leader is accountable for talent acquisition and management, HR operation excellence, organization effectiveness and employee engagement.

- This position will partner closely with the HR COEs to leverage support in driving the HR initiatives and day to day operational support for the business. The success metrics includes staffing cycle time, quality of hire, turnover rate, PER, HR VOC, OEF and leadership bench.

Responsibilities:

Business and Strategic Partnering :

- Contribute to the development and accomplishment of organization-wide business plan and objectives.

- Knowledge about design of work systems in which people succeed and contribute.

- Business oriented thinking and approach, knowledge of finance and accounting to be able to appreciate business deliverables.

- Accountable and responsible for HR cost rationalization and measurement of all HR programs and processes

Organization Development :

- Strong HR Knowledge of organizational development

- Alignment of organizational processes, systems and culture with key business priorities, design optimal organizational structures, understand organization and cultural needs and drive change management.

- Exposure to Learning Content Design & Delivery, capable of independent team interventions for achieving specific results.

Talent Development :

- Manage key Process and people.

- Own Talent development and execution, drive key talent retention & development efforts, ensure successful on boarding including orientation and new manager assimilation.

- Enable organization long term growth through developing and implementing talent management strategy, including talent assessment, development, redeployment and succession planning; lead business MRR initiatives.

Coaching :

- Strong ability to provide coaching/ counseling to both employees and business leaders in performance reviews, performance improvement plans, identification of key talent and other areas of employee management.

- Also should be able to facilitate right business decisions with people consideration.

HR Reporting & Analysis :

- Report, track, manage and analyze HR metrics for area of responsibility.

- Achieve HR operation excellence by owning and leading HR performance metrics including staffing metrics, turnover rate, PER, HR VOC, OEF and leadership bench depth

Compensation Consultation :

- Drive consistent comp practices with managers including annual Compensation revision consultation, benchmarking all offers and promotions.

Staffing :

- Assist in staffing delivery and drive success of shared staffing solutions, assist manager in talent selection and follow process and practice as defined by staffing COE

Policy Management :

- Manage HR processes, policies, and procedures/ site specific policy (not under purview of policy harmonization)

Employee Rewards : Manage eligibility & process for incentive plans, progression, and R&R programs

Communication : Ensure and/or develop and deliver business communications and communicate HR policies.

- Exercise HR operation model, develop effective MOS, leverage all CoEs including C&B, Staffing, OD&L, HRS and One country HR resources to support the business growth

Change management :

- Facilitate organizational maturation and reduce attrition risks as business grows at rapid pace by executing strategic growth road map

Qualifications:

- Preferably an MBA from a reputed institute, majoring in HR

- At least 5-8 yrs years of experience in the HR domain with appropriate experience in the HR generalist function in good MNC organizations.

- Demonstrated strategic thinking, understanding of business and execution excellence

- Strong capability in managing dynamic and matrix relations with different stakeholders

- Good communication and presentation skills

- Active business partnership - Proactive engagement, strong ownership, and willingness to drive HR-business initiatives
