Brand Leader/Head - Brand Marketing, Integrated Marketing Communications, Amazon India   Amazon India is seeking an innovative leader to join the Mass & Brand marketing team with responsibility for managing Mass Advertising across its retail businesses in India. We are seeking a strong marketer who can help build a vision, create a set of strategies, and succeed in achieving goals and objectives. To be successful in this role you will need to see the big picture, and execute in the near-term. You will be innovative in your thinking, and have proven success-influencing teams across an organization. You will understand both the art and science of marketing, and have proven success in driving substantial results, ideally in B2C, customer acquisition, and revenue generation. You will also be an early adopter of emerging mediums such as social media.   As Amazon's Leader of Brand Marketing in India, you will have a strong understanding of consumer marketing, and be responsible for delivering Amazon's message through Mass advertising channels via effective development of creative, communication strategies and Mass advertising plans.   - You will also drive brand awareness and engagement and demand for the overall brand and emerging categories, and utilize global strategies and tenets to guide creative development.   - The India Brand leader will report to the Director, Integrated Marketing who reports in to Country Head and will collaborate closely with country leaders to develop unique Indian Mass Marketing programs as well as utilize Global creative, research, and creative development programs and effectively adapt them for Indian market segments.   - The Brand Marketing team is responsible for creative strategy, creative development campaign management and Mass media strategies in traditional media (TV, Print, and OOH). The Brand team works closely with the Amazon traffic team to ensure optimization of brand and product messaging and spend across all marketing channels.   Responsibilities :   - Build the vision and strategy for marketing at Amazon   - Create innovative advertising programs which leverage cutting edge marketing.   - Develop Mass marketing creative for Amazon's retail businesses across TV, print, radio, OOH across India.   - Work cross-functionally with Indian business leaders to guide and support the development of Mass advertising plans to support their business goals.   - Be a thought leader and work closely with our global consumer research team and local business leaders to create the strategy for our Indian customer and market research and insights programs, and collaborate with business leaders to translate findings into segment Mass marketing plans and initiatives.   - Develop accurate projects priorities, schedules and execution of Mass marketing campaigns.   - Manage the relationship with local external creative and media agencies, and in collaboration with the global media team develop innovative and efficient Mass media plans.   - Partner cross functionally with Device, Retail, Media and Finance teams to develop the annual advertising budgets and plans.   - Work collaboratively with the leader of online marketing strategy, Media Planning and local business leaders to develop plans that optimize advertising across the product portfolio. Develop compelling, relevant strategic input docs and creative briefs for creative development.   - Define local creative agencies scope, staffing plan, and production budgets needed to support offline and online Mass advertising plans in India. Manage the production process of advertising creative, through both internal and external agencies   - Manage a team of high performers that will help you deliver on aggressive goals   - Serve as the subject matter expert, partner with Amazon category leaders, international business units and Amazon subsidiaries to manage successful display advertising programs   Experience & Skills :   - 10+ years experience in Brand Management and Marketing   - Demonstrate extensive experience in brand development, managing pan-India ad projects with multiple stakeholders and show proven expertise in creative development, measurement and execution.   - A proven track record of creating and executing successful consumer advertising plans that are creative, engaging, testable, and highly analytical, for both new product launches and existing products and services.   - Demonstrated analytical skills in quantitative and qualitative consumer research methodology and outputs, able to actively participate with global research and local business leaders to analyze brand perception and sales results from ad campaigns, taking a lead role in developing advertising creative and media plans based on research analysis and output.   - Experience quantitatively and qualitatively analyzing the competitive media landscape, as well as analyzing media mix models to develop measurable media channel strategy and plans.   - Experience following global standards, establishing Mass advertising best practices, driving creative strategies and producing cost effective, brand and response-driving advertising.   - Demonstrated success identifying new brand development opportunities, possible environmental or competitive threats as well as building ideas that encompass every brand touch point with customers.   - Management skills leading both high performing direct and indirect reports and internal clients,across campaign management, media management, channel management and advertising creative development.   - Experience driving the collection of market intelligence; setting market research goals in collaboration with business owners; Identifying and tracking trends in core market segments to guide creative execution.   - Strong creative intuition and demonstrated creative success, experience in test and scale ad environments and experience developing new media channels effectively.   - Strong data driven marketing skills, with demonstrated ability to dive deep into customer data and translate findings into actionable customer insights and powerful Mass marketing programs.   - Highly effective written skills honed to develop thoughtful, strategic and detailed documents that can persuade Sr leaders of the effectiveness of the team's proposed creative executions.   - Effective problem-solver and strategic thinker; demonstrated ability to analyze data and develop fact-based recommendations to persuade senior leaders and stakeholders   - A top b school graduate is mandatory  Preferred Qualifications :   - Significant experience leveraging other online marketing channels to drive B2C customer acquisition, and/or revenue generation preferred   - Successful experience managing a lean team and advertising agencies to plan, optimize and measure campaigns   - Executive level written and verbal communication skills   Gaurav Sateeja M:- +91-9650972244
