Experience-Minimum 12 years of customer service industry experience out of which preferably 3 years in training

Education Qualification:
1.Grad/Post Grad/MBA/PGDBM
2.Certifications in the training domain
Responsibilities:
- Ensuring high quality training delivery in the
Soft skills
Trainer Development
- Skill development of the Trainers/ Sr. Trainers
- Ability to conduct high quality TOTs in the domain
- Coaching and Mentoring of the trainers in the domain
- Implementing periodic and regular refresher training for the Trainers
- Work along with the Training on taking timely actions
- Content development/ Quality Check
3.Ability to deliver training programme as per Client requirements
Client Management
Involvement in pre-sales activities
