Due to aggressive growth targets they are looking to hire a Talent Acquisition specialist who can drive innovative talent acquisition for them.

Description :

Reporting to the CHRO you responsibilities will include :

- Driving Talent Acquisition Strategy for the company by effectively utilising innovative sourcing strategies

- Working closely in understanding and analysing the needs of the Business Units

- Driving the hiring processes be ensuring standardisation, and continuous process improvement

- Implementing latest hiring technology in the internal hiring processes

- Driving a Digital Talent Acquisition Agenda for the company by ensuring process automation

- Supporting the teams with leadership level hiring only

Profile :

You come with 10-15 years of hands on experience within Talent Acquisition of BFSI segment of Indian companies only. You understand new age hiring trends and have had significant exposure in the same. You are extremely process driven and have strong stakeholder management skills. You have worked closely with the business on creating Talent acquisition Strategies and have the ability to identify innovative hiring trends. You have a management degree in Human Resources from a top tier business school and are open to take on the next challenging role in your career.
