Lead - Talent Acquisition - FMCG/Pharma/Telecom/Retail

Looking for a Talent Acquisition Leader for a well known MNC - Based out of Mumbai

Role : Talent Acquisition - COE Leader at Corporate level

- Well versed with Mid to Senior Level hiring/ Executive Search

- Hiring strategy, policies, budgeting and forecasting at the Group level

- Governance Lead for the TA function and the corporate level

- Ability to work with Senior Business Heads across the group to help strategize their hiring plans for the year

- Owner for hiring processes, HRIS, policies and vendor management

Must Have:

- MBA HR from a reputed Business School

- Communication Skills

- Exposure to a gamut of HR roles including TA in a MNC environment

- 6-8 Years of experience in HR post MBA

- Should have preferably worked in a FMCG/Durables/ Pharma/Telecom or Retail environment
