- To understand the vacancy requirement in detail, get the requisition form filled up and identify relevant source of recruitment to close position within TAT.
- To handle all aspects of recruitment i.e. source, shortlist and interview candidates, salary negotiation, prepare offer letter and ensure all requisite documentations are properly signed off & filed with attested copies.
- To handle on-boarding and new hire administration (i.e. to ensure that the necessary working equipment are ready, to conduct orientation, to introduce the new employee, travel assistance etc).
- To handle contract renewal of job portal and recruitment consultant agreements and maintain a balanced sourcing mix. Also, to track and analyse channel / source efficiency on a monthly basis. To conduct regular meetings with them and ensure their full involvement to get best output on highly critical positions.
- To develop new recruitment partners as and when needed
- To maintain database of CVs and keep track of candidate profiles obtained through various sources.
- To conduct reference checks for all senior level positions, post selection but before offer release.
- To generate and present various recruitment vertical related reports viz. LOI to Joining Ratio, Weekly Recruitment Tracker, recruitment consultant efficiency etc. as and when desired by the management.
- To support in other HR tasks/projects which may be assigned on an ad hoc basis.
