Talent Acquisition - Analytics hiring
Job Summary :
The Talent Acquisition Lead will devise strategy and recruitment processes, as well as execute sourcing and recruiting campaigns. The incumbent will play a vital role in stakeholder management, developing talent bench-marking and creating talent pipeline based on projection.
Key Responsibilities :
- Managing souring & recruitment for our Technology business
- Develop a strong understanding/appreciation of Business requirements. Engage with Business to identify specific Business traits that enable favorable co-partnership
- Create unique sourcing plan for each distinct requirement, discuss with Manager and execute the plan. Closely monitor the implementation.
- Draw up technology/role specific Market intelligence. Generate pipeline using multiple channels, tools & techniques.
- Able to manage niche hiring requirement within a short TAT on a consistent basis
- Facilitate candidate compensation fitment. Negotiate & close offers.
- Maintain continuous candidate engagement during pre-boarding to minimize pre-join dropout
- Participate in Campus Recruitment, Job Fairs / Employee Referral / Offer Management
- Utilize various staffing tools and techniques to identify, source and ultimately hire the best possible candidate for each open position.
Business Partner Management :
- Influences direct reports, peers, and supervisors (onshore and offshore) to successfully deliver on business commitments.
- Sets and manages internal business partner expectations.
- Participates in communications that involve obtaining cooperation on issues that may be complex or controversial.
Knowledge/Skills/Abilities/Experience
Education - Graduate / Post Graduate (from a UGC recognized institute)
Skills & Experience :
- TA experience of 8 to 12 Years in an IT organization (Experience in Captive preferred)
- Strong communication, interpersonal, analytical and follow-through skills.
- Ability to directly source active and passive candidates for each assigned department
- Strong sourcing skills using multiple channels/tools, with strength in telephone sourcing, e-networking, executive search, social media tools, etc. to identify Right Fit candidates.
- Strong Requirements understanding knowledge to assess & present pre-qualified candidates in a timely manner.
- Self-organized & able to multi-task effectively.
