The company works with parents and teachers to strengthen the relationship with each child and find new ways of engaging with them. To date, they have engaged with over 80,000 students across 15 states.

As the Strategic HR Lead your key responsibilities will be as follows:

- Develop organization strategies by identifying and researching human resources issues; contributing information, analysis, and recommendations to organization strategic thinking and direction; establishing human resources objectives in line with organizational objectives.

- Implement human resources strategies by establishing department accountabilities, including talent acquisition, staffing, employment processing, compensation, health and welfare benefits, training and development, records management, safety and health, succession planning, employee relations and retention

- Provide strategic direction and leadership on the development of appropriate HR Policies across the organization, critically assess and develop policies in line with internal and external influences

- Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy

- Assess current and future policy requirements to support strategic aims in conjunction with the organization's senior management

- Research best practice to enable best design of organization policies

- Provide strategic oversight and direction to organization's remuneration policy and practices

- Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement motivation and preservation of human capital

Candidate Profile :

- Proven work experience as HR Manager

- Be well versed in the five prongs of change management - communication, training, stakeholder analysis, business processes, and organizational design

- Strong leadership and consensus building skills; HR management and strategic planning experience; a proven track record in developing and administering a HR department

- Must be a self-starter, highly organized, people driven, result oriented and handle work pressure.

- Polished presentation and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to architect strategy along with leadership skills

- Knowledge of HR systems and databases

- MBA in Human Resources or similar degree
