This opportunity is with a full-service digital marketing company for a client specific Social Command Centre setup based onsite at the client location. This client is a top two-wheeler manufacturer and one of the most admired brands in the India.  The job involves leading the command centre team & interfacing with multiple business teams at the client office to delivering actionable insights that impact client strategy & business. Working knowledge of global listening / social media management tools is preferred.   Responsibilities:  - Provide day-to-day supervision to listening team on (and not limited to) social media channel, community management, content creation, digital public relations, promotions, partnerships, blogger and influencer outreach initiatives, online events, etc.  - Work closely with VP - social listening and rest of client social media team to implement best practices & research, on time and on target  - Create social listening reports / analysis using tools and research audits including but not limited to content strategy plans, competition research and digital audits.  - Create weekly / monthly detailed social media reports, key analysis popular content topics, community quotes (verbatims) and monitoring results; work with analytics team and oversee preparation of metrics, tracking and activity reports as based on client reporting needs  - Offer key insights for improving reports and analysis to enhance business needs across different client's teams.  - Exhibit understanding of online market and digital capabilities  - Brainstorm around program executions & campaigns  - Interpret data and analyse results to generate insights and formulate the strategic implications for client  Qualifications & Experience:  - A graduate level background in mathematics / statistics OR an MBA with marketing experience OR a research background is preferred  - Has experience performing analyses on large data sets, interpreting data and generating insights that drive business decisions  - Demonstrated intellectual curiosity and ability to lead a team in a highly collaborative environment  - Exposure to advertising, communications, public relations or marketing agency OR working on social media marketing programs OR executing blogger / influencer outreach programs is a plus  - Excellent oral, written, interpersonal communications and presentation skills  - Ability to think, plan and execute resourcefully, across multiple tasks  - A sense of humour and ability to work in rapid, sometimes high-stress environment  - Ability to successfully manage multiple internal and external initiatives/projects in a deadline-driven environment  - APPLY ONLY IF YOU ARE A HARDCORE BIKE ENTHUSIAST
